Cancellation and Modification Policy for Registrations
The full fee is payable at the time of booking and we reserve the right to withhold joining instructions pending receipt of full payment. Delegate substitutions from the same organisation may be made at any time and without charge.
Notification of cancellations must be made in writing to the EURO2015 Conference Secretariat (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received on or before Monday 20 April 2015, a refund less GBP £45 (including VAT) for administrative costs will be offered. Such payments will be made after the conference. Cancellations received after Monday 20 April 2015 will not be entitled to a refund.
Delegates attending this event do so at their own risk. The OR Society accepts no liability for any loss, theft, damage or injury suffered by a delegate. Delegates should ensure that they have adequate insurance cover.
Cancellation Policy for Accommodation
All cancellations must be sent to the EURO2015 Conference Secretariat in writing (fax, letter, or email). In the case of cancellations up to 20 April 2015, no charge will be made. In the case of late cancellations after 20 April 2015, rooms cancelled, cancelled nights or no-show, the full cost of stay will be retained.
