Audio-Visual Equipment

- All lecture rooms in EURO-2015 will be equipped with a computer projector having a VGA connection.

- Bring your own laptop to your session, or pre-arrange with other speakers in your session that at least one of you brings a laptop from which you can project your talks.

- Bring a power adaptor with you. We recommend that you do not attempt to run your presentation off the laptop battery.

- If your laptop is not compatible with UK-standard 220V plug, please bring an electrical adaptor. Notice that a UK plug is different from a EU plug.

- If you use an Apple product, you will probably need the appropriate adaptor for the external video output (VGA standard)

- Arrive at your session at least 15 minutes before it begins. All presenters in a session should be loaded on one laptop (the session chair if possible) to make handovers smoother.

- Everyone must bring a copy of their presentation on a USB stick to enable easy transfer to the computer being used for the presentation.
